Module A - Fleet Overview
Fleet-level monthly KPI summary with benchmark interpretation.
| KPI | Value | Benchmark | Status |
|---|
Idle Benchmark
<40% = Good | 40-55% = Watchlist | >55% = High Risk
Overspeed Exposure Benchmark
<3% = Controlled | 3-6% = Watchlist | >6% = High Risk
Module B - Driving Behaviour Monitoring
Overspeed threshold: 80 km/hVehicle-level risk ranking sorted by weighted risk score (descending).
| Vehicle | Distance (km) | km/L | Overspeed Cnt/100km | Overspeed Min/100km | Overspeed Exposure % | Harsh Brake | Harsh Accel | Idle % | Fuel / Engine Hr (L/hr) | Day Driving % | Night Driving % | Risk Score |

Module C - Fatigue & Driving Hours Compliance
Driving Time = Engine ON and Speed > 0. Rest Time = Engine ON and Speed = 0, or Engine OFF.
| Vehicle | Avg Daily Driving Hrs | Max Daily Driving Hrs | Continuous Driving Blocks | Fatigue Violations | Fatigue Compliance % | Status |

KPI Definitions
- Total Fleet Distance: Sum of positive movement distance from odometer deltas.
- Fleet Average km/L: Distance divided by total estimated fuel consumed.
- Overspeed Count/100km: Number of transitions into OVERSPEED per 100km.
- Overspeed Min/100km: OVERSPEED minutes per 100km.
- Idle %: (IDLE + LONG_IDLE) time divided by ENGINE_ON time.
- Fuel per Engine Hour: Fuel consumed per engine running hour.
- Harsh Braking/Acceleration: Detected using minute-level speed change proxy and block counting.
- Fatigue Violation: Triggered by daily >8h driving or insufficient rest after long continuous driving.
- Day/Night Driving %: Share of driving time in daytime (06:00-17:59) and night hours.
- Risk Score: Weighted severity index for ranking and intervention priority.
- Safety Score: Weighted compliance score (0-100) from five safety pillars.
Risk Flag Criteria
Fuel Inefficiency Unit
Very low km/L against fleet median or low fuel efficiency component score.
Operational Idle Unit
Idle % above 65% with comparatively acceptable safety behavior.
Behaviour Risk Unit
High overspeed exposure and harsh events indicating unsafe driving pattern.
Mechanical Suspicion Unit
Unrealistic fuel ratio, sudden fuel collapse, or high idle with low movement.
Safety Score Model
Fleet and vehicle scores are weighted to emphasize severe exposure first.
| Component | Weight | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Overspeed Exposure | 30% | Lower exposure improves score strongly. |
| Fatigue Compliance | 25% | Rest and driving-hour compliance stability. |
| Idle Discipline | 15% | Lower idle proportion improves operational control. |
| Harsh Driving Behaviour | 15% | Lower harsh acceleration/braking density. |
| Fuel Efficiency Stability | 15% | Consistency vs fleet fuel-efficiency baseline. |
Trend & Early Warning Indicators
